Gainvest Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 15^th September 1986 with the principal activities in Building and Industrial Materials Trading. The company holds distributorships in a number of agency lines in building materials and established vast sales networks throughout Malaysia. The company is wholly owned by Gainvest Holdings Sdn. Bhd.

 To enhance the company activities and to tap the dynamic growth of the Malaysia Construction Industry, Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 22^nd November 1990. It is a subsidiary of Gainvest Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. which own 51%. Gainvest Builders (M) Sdn. Bhd . is principally involving in providing technical project management services and in civil engineering works and general construction.
